What is the ASVAB?   The  ASVAB (Armed Services Vocational Aptitude Battery) is a multiple - aptitude test battery.  It is used primarily to determine enlistment eligibilty, assign applicants to military jobs and to help high school student identify job - related interests and aptitudes.

What is the AFQT Score?  The AFQT ( Armed Forces Qualification Test)  percentile score determines eligilbilty for all branches of the Armed Forces.  The AFQT score is a measure of math and verbal skills.  Each branch of the military will have their own AFQT score to determine eligibilty for enlistment, along with other standards, policies and requirements.  In addition to the AFQT score, there is a "standard score" for each subtset and "service composite scores" / "line scores" that are used to measure vocational aptitude for job training.

TESTIMONIALS

Testimonial from our client

" My problem was math and no matter how many times I would say I don't understand or didn't get it Arlene always had a different way to explain things.  Arlene took the time to figure out the way I learn best.  I know without a doubt there is no way I would have gotten into the military without her."

Thank you so much for everything. Because of you my son not only has a better understanding of math to pass the ASVAB test, but also math skills that will assist him throughout life.  It has been a pleasure to work with you.
